Passport:
- Valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Zambia.
- At least one blank page.
Visa Application Form:
Completed and signed visa application form. You can download this from the Zambian embassy website or get it from the embassy/consulate.
Passport-sized Photographs:
Usually, 2 recent passport-sized photographs (2x2 inches).
Travel Itinerary:
Proof of travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodation details.
Proof of Financial Means:
Bank statements or proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Zambia.
Travel Insurance:
Proof of travel insurance covering medical emergencies.
Visa Fee Payment:
